Greg Peel
Greg has over 30 years of experience in medical device consulting and senior executive level management roles as a corporate executive, entrepreneur and executive coach.
Greg founded EclipXe Solutions (ES) in 2018 and is proud to have received its minority veterans-owned disabled small business (MVODSB) status in 2019. ES specializes in introducing medical device start-up companies’ new and innovative technologies into the U.S. marketplace by driving sales results in a wide array of industries, which include healthcare, schools, higher education, sports organization, and the government.
Prior to starting ES, Greg was an Area Vice President at Medtronic- MITG, Regional Manager at Covidien, Valley Lab and Cordis Cardiology with Johnson and Johnson. In addition, Greg earned his BS degree from Bowie State University, was a four-year R.O.T.C scholarship recipient from Howard University and served 10 years in the United Sates Army as a Counter-Intelligence Officer. Greg also earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a focus in International Studies and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

Andre Baldwin
Andre Baldwin has over 30 years in the Biotechnology Industry. His experiences have covered several disciplines in Biotechnology. His experiences are as a Researcher, Product Manager, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs Management as well as a Sales Executive in the Medical Device Industry.
Andre has worked with and collaborated with companies such as Pharmacia Diagnostics, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute of Health (NIH), John’s Hopkins University and Autoimmun Diagnostika (GmbH).
Andre’s experiences have provided companies, large, small, and start-up with the vision, strategy, and leadership to promote commercial success in a competitive marketplace. Andre is a graduate of Virginia Union University with dual degrees in Chemistry and Microbiology.

James Perkins
James Perkins is a career Human Resources executive. He has led HR groups, and partnered with business and functional teams, at Fortune 500 companies such as Merck, PepsiCo, Citigroup and Marriott. He has also led the HR direction of nonprofit and community boards on which he has served.
James began his career in compensation and his expertise in this space has led him to lead teams across HR functions such as the generalist/business partner space, talent acquisition, talent development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. James is passionate about all things people and committed to ensuring organizations are best positioned to
support and empower their employees. James is a graduate of the University of Southern California, B.S. and earned his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. An active member of his community, James is a lifetime member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and serves on various boards within the organization.
